It means it should only be viewable by forum registered users accessing the forum after logging in.
Guests and search engines / bots have not got access to these parts of the forum and as such these posts should not appear in search results. Even if they were to appear in search results, a user would still have to login to follow the links.
However, as it is relatively easy to register on the forum please do not post any information that you wouldn't be happy to share in public.
